Hi, I’m Angela
I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold a Master’s Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and am trained in EMDR. Since beginning my practice in clinical mental health, I have focused on working with children and teens.
I believe this population deserves intentional attention, as they are at a critical developmental stage where they can learn about themselves and develop adaptive strategies to navigate life’s challenges.

Working with children and teens often involves supporting the whole family system, which is why we integrate filial therapy and attachment-based approaches to benefit the child or teen. Our approach blends play, creativity, and conversation, always at the child’s pace, to foster emotional growth and healing.
