How it works

  1. Free phone consultation

Schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your child’s needs and address any questions you may have.

  2. Parent intake session

Meet with the parent or caregiver to gather background information and establish goals.

  3. Weekly sessions

Your child or teen attends weekly sessions that integrate play, creative expression, and coping strategies.

  4. Parent check-ins

The parent or caregiver attends check-ins every few sessions to discuss progress and next steps.

What ages do you work with?

We work with children ages 4–12 and teens ages 13–17, and we support their parents and caregivers along the way.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first step is a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk about your child’s needs and answer your questions.

How are parents involved?

Parents or caregivers attend the intake session and check-ins every few sessions. Because we often support the whole family system, we integrate filial therapy and attachment-based approaches.

Yes. We offer secure virtual therapy for families across Colorado.

Where is the office, and when can we come in?

We are in the Humanly office space at 3151 S Vaughn Way, Suite 660, Aurora, CO 80014. We accept appointments Monday through Saturday.

Individual sessions are $160 per hour. Reduced rates may be available case by case, and we accept Victim Compensation and Second Wind Fund. See fees & payment options.
